    Anxiety is one of the most common mental health problems we can face. Focusing on anxiety for this year's Mental Health Awareness Week will increase people's awareness and understanding of anxiety by providing information on the things that can help prevent it from becoming a problem.

    Loneliness and social isolation are common problems for people of all ages in our borough. These conditions can lead to poor physical and mental health and increase the risk of developing conditions like dementia and depression. The elderly are particularly vulnerable due to reduced mobility and lack of proximity to family, but young people also experience loneliness when away from home.
