What should post-lockdown look like?

We are very excited to be leading work (with the eight local Healthwatch across North East London) to understand peoples’ experiences of health and care services during Covid-19 and what impact changes will and should have for services in the future.

We started by pulling together everything residents have already told us. This will help us to understand where the gaps are and what information will help commissioners and providers to better meet the needs of residents in the future. Following this first phase analysis, we will plan more focused engagement work with specific communities where gaps in knowledge have been identified.
