Formal Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) Consultation

Tower Hamlets Health and Wellbeing Board is in the process of developing an updated Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) for the borough. This is an important document that describes health and wellbeing need and the provision of pharmacy services.

The PNA is used to identify need for new pharmacies, review any applications for new pharmacy provision or approving any changes to existing contracts.Tower Hamlets Wellbeing board have developed a draft PNA, and residents are now being invited to read the draft report and share their views to help ensure the report reflects local need, both now and in the future. This is a formal consultation that will close on the 31st of March 2023.
