We reached out to the practice in June 2024 as per our procedure policy, which requires Healthwatch to request an update from service providers 3-6 months after the publication of the report. -

On 18th July 2024, Healthwatch Tower Hamlets attended the Tower Hamlets Together Summer Fair 2024 at the Mile End Hospital Gardens.
The event was attended by Matthew, the Service Director at Healthwatch Tower Hamlets; Mari, the Research Manager; Phyo, the Patient Experience Officer; Shreya, the Enter and View Officer and Paula, our intern at the time.
